Site Visit 04.09.13

Suspended lay in grid ceiling to SH.G.06 should be removed and new internal bulkhead constructed. Ongoing decorations therefore incomplete. New lighting to be installed to this ceiling also. Refer GA.10.0 rev 1

Paint to radiators should be radiator paint as M60/ 130B and Decoration Schedule 46.1 rev0 (sample to be approved)
Redundant sockets to SH.G.06 and in general to be removed and walls/ surfaces made good PRIOR to decoration

Beam to SH.G.07 lined
Ceiling paper to be made good prior to redecoration

Ceiling to Common Room Secretaries office- Area requires heavy repair-  Refer GA.10.0 rev 1

Fireplace to SH.1.02. CVA to schedule any additional repairs required to 1FL fireplaces for BH costing

Dividing wall between SH.1.01 and SH.1.02 to receive structural works as HRW spec.
