 B&H queried heavy repair/replastering works to SH.1.02 Female WC walls. Re-plastering (a per the contract) will further delay the completion of the room by 3 days. To apply a thin board to the inside of the cubicle and redecorate will ensure completion within 3 days. CVA to discuss with client.

Opening up works to SH.2.02 where radiator pipes have been fed through. Containment routes to be confirmed by M&E solutions.

Brickwork to valley parapet removed in preparation for pad stones to steel to be installed. B&H to forward steel fabrication dwgs to HRW upon receipt.

Sample panel of mortar prepared by B&H. Mix of 4 sharp sand and 2 lime used. CVA to forward images to conservation officer for review

 Brickwork repairs to courtyard where bike shelter removed have been carried out in soft sand mortar mix to match existing. Conservation to review.

Joists to archive room under construction. Deeper joists used as per HRW specification. T,O joists sit above existing towards centre of floor. This will result in a level floor. CVA to chase Rackline for floor levelling quote for comparison.

 Lining paper to ceiling in SH.2.10 appears to be polystyrene. CVA to consult with client over removal due to fire hazard
