Drylining to basement is underway. Ceiling to SH.B.04 & 05 to be insulated as per specification. Battens to be fixed to joists where required to create 50mm void.

Gas meter to SH.B.04 removal discussed – associated pipework obstructive to ceiling lining. OR to confirm contract requirements.
Pipework to SH.B.03 associated with gas meter. B&H to remove.
Stair & landing dry lining removed as part of asbestos removal works. Walls and stair
underside to be relined in plasterboard. Wall dividing basement stair and MIS Calender office to be insulated and lined in MDF. CVA to request costs

Ditto - steel boxing has been plastered. Cornice has not been reinstated.

Suspended ceiling and secondary plywood ceiling to corridor SH.G.04 to be removed to allow fixing ofcontainment route.
Concrete downstand in SH.G.16 above ID.00.10 prevents containment trays from being fixed at high level. Water pipes prevent containment trays dropping from high to low. OR to advise on Phase 3 coordination.
Parapet gutter to street facade has been constructed. To be lined in asphalt.
Dormer cheek ventillation gaps have been lined in insect mesh.
