Site Visit 14.10.13

 1st fix electrical tray/ builderswork

Rafters and purlin prop require decoration following plasterboard lining completion. CVA to forward proposal

Valley beam steel/ timber connections

Gutter requires amended kerb adjacent parapet. Overall height from lowest level of gutter should be 150mm minimum and upstand formed in 18mm as K11/ 515A. Asphalt/ kerb to be independent of parapet wall by 10mm as in clause K11/515A. Lead flashing to be dressed over- thermal movement to be allowed between two structures. Contractor to amend prior to an further leadwork.

 Outlet location to be amended in accordance with LSA.
