Site Visit 15.11.13

Flashing to roof complete- low level

tiles to be cleaned of render/ bird faeces

Mastic pointing of junction required to dormers

Snow catcher- CVA to propose removal and replacement of gutter. Fascia to be replaced as part of original scope- see CVA DWG 0345.DE.15.1

Access rooflight installation underway. Tiles to head to be adjusted

Tile battens to be trimmed so no timber exposed beyond tiles. 4 No. locations to roof valley

Dry fix ridge tile termination/ interface with chimney. End section to be mortared

Roof valley overview. HCL safety system to be completed.

Gutter to be replaced- extended further/ larger radius due to new level of tiles following installation of ventilator beneath.

Snowcatcher to be removed. Fascia to be replaced as CVA DWG 0345 DE.15.1

Galvanised conduit to SH.1.06 beneath bulkhead. Configuration varies from agreed detail but accepted by CVA.

New fireplace surround to SH.1.05

Waste pipe from High level tank now removed- SH.2.09. Decorations to be completed

SH.2.09- Stair decorations to be completed. Solid balustrade to be constructed. Brick repairs to be carried out.

Secondary glazing to EW.01.03 now installed

Pattress required for handrail to stair SH.1.03. 900-1000 AFFL to stair and 1100 AFFL to landing

Hatch to corridor SH.G.04 made good with hardboard/ beading.

Trunking to SH.2.12- poor fitting to interfaces

Trunking to SH.2.12- poor fitting to changes in direction/ mitred cuts

Redundant socket to be removed SH.2.09. To be made good/ decorations

Sample Sikkens/ emulsion alternative decoration underway- for client review at progress meeting 20.11.13
