 Opening up works to SH.1.05 (previously a kitchen). Plywood boxing in will be required.

Fireplace in SH.1.06 has been opened up and is in good condition. CVA to propose further refurbishment works.

The hearth to fireplace in SH.1.01 has been opened up and is in poor condition. CVA to propose further refurbishment works.

 Opening up works to window cill in SH.1.01 prior to bressumer beam repairs.

 Fireplace to SH.1.02 has been opened up and is in good condition.CVA to propose further refurbishment works.

 Cupboard door ID.01.21 needs relining. CVA propose fire lining to inside door face, leaving panelling to door exposed. Additional lining to wall also to be removed.

 Opening up works to SH.2.02 have revealed joinery behind a false partition at the flank wall. CVA to propose alternative option for removal of joinery and re plastering of end wall for costing. Bolt & Heeks to suspend all opening up works to flank walls.
