Site Visit 22.07.13

 Steps to winders on first flight from ground floor- remedial action required- flex to tread

 Partitions uncovered- chimney breast/ joinery revealed. SH.2.02

 SH.2.02- high level- chimney capped

 SH.2.01- Joinery/ fireplace revealed. No grate/ surround.

 Tank removed to loft space. Instruction still to be raised regarding this item

 SH.2.06- partition removed- joinery/ fireplace revealed. Again no grate/ surround. Joinery incomplete

 Partition and door to be removed pending new partition forming store SH.2.05

 Shelving moved to SH.G.01 revealing damage to wall. B&H to make good/ redec.

EW.02.02- Roof dormers- frames rotten. Status for rebuilding to be checked with B&H regarding cost/ Conservation regarding approach and AIS regarding performance (insulation etc.)

 EW.02.02- Roof dormer

 EW.02.02- Roof dormer- existing felt to be removed in lieu of lead

 EW.02.01- Roof dormer- stud frame also rotten

   EW.02.08- Dormer frame rotten

  EW.02.10- Dormer frame rotten

 EW.02.10- Dormer frame rotten. No insulation to stud frame.

Glass/ fanlight to be cut back in lieu of newly formed bulkheads as drawings
