 Valley gutter has been stripped to reveal gutter board

 Repointing to west facade where Stress UK works have been signed off. Snowcem mortar with has been used. Still drying out.

 Lower sash to window EW.00.02 does not fit frame and requires replacement.
 
 All upper sashes to west (street) elevation have been built fixed shut. School to confirm that they do not require opening.


Upper and lower sashes to EW.1.02 have been fixed shut. Lower sash to be eased open. School to confirm requirements.


 Lower sash to EW.02.05 has rotten corner. Cost for splicing to be requested.

Internal and external frame to EW.02.05 is also rotten in both lower corners. Cost for splicing to be requested.

 Cill to EW.02.13 is rotten. Cost to be requested for repair.

 Demolition to corridor SH.G.04 are underway. Staircase has been opened up.

 Remaining bulkhead to be removed.

 Conservation have agreed to replacement of ID.01.21. CVA tor request approval of replacement with a 3 paneled door.

  Ditto - proposed door height to be in line with 6 paneled internal door behind. Panels to be aligned with door behind. Cornice fixed above. Conservation officer to review for approval.
 
 Additional plaster repairs are being scheduled by Bolt & Heeks. Conservation to approve the use of patch repair, bonding coat with skim. Walls to SH.1.05, Deputy Head Office: East.

 SH.1.05, North. Lath exposed - plastering mesh to be laid directly onto timber.

 SH.1.05, West - Tiles have been revealed beneath plaster. They are in poor condition and are very lose.
