 B&H estimate up to 6 rafters will require replacement due to rot/ disrepair

 Asbestos/canopy cover has been removed. Frame & rwp to be removed

Window EW.00.02 does not fit but a replacement is not necessary. Sash to be packed on both sides and staff bead to be replaced to create consistent channel depth.
 

 New staff bead is thicker than existing bead but this will give better stability to sash.

Old inspection cover was found with note dating last window installation to 1939
