Site Visit 08.07.13


 
Ceilings to level to have been removed to reveal the roof void. CVA to consult client regarding construction and repair of end wall.

 Ceiling removal has revealed a water tank at high level. Bolt & Heeks to trace to establish removal constraints.


 A smaller tank has been found at high level adjacent to the flank walls. Bolt & Heeks to trace to establish removal constraints.

 The exposed spine has signs of wood rot. Fungal eradication survey to be carried out.

Lining paper has been removed to walls on level 1. Plaster beneath is reportedly in good condition for its age.

 
 Ceiling to SH.1.05 to be removed as per drawings

 
 Where bath has been removed in SH.1.05 the wall requires heavy re plastering

 Window EW.1.04 is in poor condition and requires repair as scheduled. Cill requires replacement. Wall and alcove surround requires heavy repair.

Room SH.G.06 requires clearing of equipment and furniture

 Room SH.G.01 requires access to all perimeter walls. Paper shelving must be relocated to allow access to wall which requires repair.
  Room SH.G.07 requires clearing of equipment and furniture
